             It wasn't until 1993 when this single European market emerged and the countries all joined together to form this large common market called the European Economic Area. This opened the horizons for many businessmen who wanted to take their good or service into other surrounding markets with minor limitations as well as people who wished to live or work in different sectors. This single market has numerous economic benefits due to the ability to move goods, services and capital across borders of the EEA. Tariffs and trade barriers were abolished in order to simulate trade between theses states. "In addition, the agreement covers non-economic co-operation in other important areas, such as research and development, education, social policy, the environment, consumer protection, tourism, and culture". Without the non-economic co-operation to make this European Union well rounded, the success of the economic side wouldn't be as successful. All of these movements could not have been accomplished with the Union as well.
             Europe's currency is still something that has been a work in process. This would unify Europe to a much higher level than its already successful state. Having a common currency within these countries will boost the economy from within as well as externally. People spending within, once adjusted to its value and their stereotypes of the euro are leveled off, will enormously increase trade within this union between the different countries, as well as in their own country.
