Additionally, Microsoft has admitted how modern hackers are continuously getting smarter as technology advances, and this influences a major part toward their operating systems in which ninety percent of the worlds PC's are using, (Excite, Schneider, 10/21/04). Too summarize what Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's chief executive claimed, he essentially admitted how even with their new operating system 'Long Horn,' they still will not be prepared to take on the advance hackers that are preparing themselves for their new OS, (Excite, Schneider, 10/21/04). Again this demonstrates how evil doer's intentions are persistently advancing as well.
