Alzheimer's disease is one of the most common diseases known among elderly people. Alzheimer disease is a degenerative brain disease, cause by a slow break down of the brain cells. There are many opinions of what causes Alzheimer's disease but the actual cause is still unknown. Scientists believe that the disease may be cause by a mutation of a gene on chromosome 14, this is related to about 8% of all Alzheimer's cases (Alzheimer's). Some scientists believe that the amount of mitochondria in the cells may play an important role in what causes Alzheimer's disease. It's also believed that Alzheimer is genetic and if it's then it occur in every fourth and fifth generation. Scientist have found that people with Alzheimer has an excess amount of aluminum in their brain tissues. This was link to the lack of hootropic agents, chemicals that protect the brain cells. Alzheimer affects nearly four million people in the United States. It's the fourth leading cause of adult death in the United States. There are almost four million Americans that suffer from Alzheimer's disease. It is estimated that this disease will claim fourteen million people by the year 2050. Meanwhile, almost four percent of Americans between the ages of 65 to 74 will get this disease. Ten percent of adults between the ages of 75 and 84 are expected to get the disease. People over the age of 85 have a 17 percent chance of contracting the disease. Alzheimer's disease attacks few people after age sixty, but occur in 20% of people who live to age 85(Gillick). It also does not appear more in men or women but is more prone in Caucasian than any other groups. Every year, nearly 90 billion dollars go towards Alzheimer's research. Research also shows the stages of Alzheimer's Disease. There are three stages mild, moderate and severe.
             With in the mild stage Alzheimer patients suffer from confusion, memory loss, personality...
