             September 11, 2001 was a turning point in the history of
             America. But it raised the spirit of the whole nation up. We came
             as one and wanted to show these people who could do this to us that we
             weren't afraid and that we were still strong. Our sports teams helped
             the strength of our nation. Not just in one sport but all of the
             People crowed stadiums wearing red, white, and blue
             the support not only for the teams now but also for America. Teams wore
             flags on their uniforms and on their helmets and ball caps. Players
