             When we signed our leases last spring, we agreed to all your rules and most of your ideas. However, it has become obvious that I, along with the other tenants, cannot live under your rules.
             Over the last few weeks several altercations have taken place that disturbed Steve Williams, Matt Nolan, and Paul Muskoff. We are so displeased that we are moving from this location on September 1st.
             After moving in August 1st, and staying less than a month we have already been accused of an assortment of violations, which we either have not done, or were not wrong in our actions. We understand that you are not an "absentee landlord", however that does not mean you have to be involved with every aspect of occupancy.
             These are some example actions you demanded that seemed unreasonable. Some simple, others not. Removing trash nightly comes to my mind first. Not being able to open windows in a house without air conditioning in the middle of the summer also seems very unreasonable. Accusing us of not know how to work a shower door, thus water damaging the first floor bathroom and basement, seemed unnecessary. And having to wait more than 24 hours for you to come and turn the power back on, after a supplied lamp shorted out, seems unreasonable.
             Several legal issues also arose when I began to consider your landlord practices. Ohio Revised Code (ORC) § 5321.04(8) states that a landlord or anyone else for that matter is not allowed to enter a tenant's room unless 24 hours of notice is given, or it is an emergency (see below). I know for a fact that you have violated this law. This also could be considered breaking § 5321.04(7) which states you may not abuse the right to access. § 5321.04(B) also comes in effect as your illegal entering of rooms could be considered as harrassment. A extenison of § 5321.04(6) is also in violation, stating that power must be supplied at all times or access permitted...
