Gatsby Essay: Dream Vs. Reality

             Dreams cannot really meet the demands of reality. High dreams can lead to great falls or regret when those high dreams are not met by reality. For example in my life, my summer, school and driving.
             Well this is what I dreamed my summer would be like; I thought that I would have tons and tons of fun. I thought that every day I would have something to do and a party to go to every week. Well in reality I found myself at home on the computer, that was fun but not the fun I imagined myself having during summer. Anyway, when I was not on the computer or when the computer got boring I was just starring at the ceiling bored to death. Well after a long time I started to long for school and miss it because summer was going so badly.
             Another thing that disappointed me is school. In my reality, it was boring, tiring, and repetitive. For my class' I wanted to have a main class with all of my friends so that I would be more fun and so that we could help each other with the work. Plus I wanted to have my class' changed and I sent like 3 slips with notes on them and I still never got my classes changed. Well as you can see my class' change never was changed and that all of my class' are boring, tiring, and repetitive. Also most of my class' I have virtually no friends in them. Nevertheless, the real big thing that I thought about school was that I can be with my friends again but everyone changed and I was not what I imagined again.
             Driving, the most I found that would be fun but was not. This is how fun I thought that it would be, I thought that I would be flying from left and right. You would see me here and there and everywhere. In addition, I thought that I would visit every mall in the bay area and eat at all the restaurants in Vallejo. I thought driving my friends would be the most fun but they soon just took advantage of me and now I am regretting the first time I e
