evidence will be documented proof that there was a 'Final Plan' by
             the Nazis to exterminate all Jews in Europe.
             Unfortunately, there is no evidence that Hitler ever wrote anything ordering the
             extermination of all European Jews. This is one of the greater arguments voiced by Mark Weber
             along with other revolutionists. This however does that mean that Hitler never made the verbal
             decision. According to a translated diary entry by Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels on
             December 12, 1941, "With respect of the Jewish Question, the Führer has decided to make a
             clean sweep. He prophesied to the Jews that if they again brought about a world war, they would
             live to see their annihilation in it. That wasn't just a catch-word. The world war is here, and the
             annihilation of the Jews must be the necessary consequence" (Lochner 30). In a later speech on
             December 16, 1941, Hans Frank, a commander under Hitler, announced the intentions made
             clear to him, "if the Jews in Europe are to survive this war . . . then the war would be only a partial success. As far as the Jews are concerned, I would therefore be guided by the basic expectation that they are going to disappear. They have to be gotten rid of" (Rodes 232). Another officer, Heinrich Himmler, met with Hitler on December 18, 1941 to discuss what was called the "Jewish Question" (Rodes 233). According to the notes left by Himmler, "Hitler viewed the Jews as opponent, revolutionaries, saboteurs, spies, partisans in his own backyard, an area that now, in light of the expected United States attack, included all of Europe" (Rhodes 233).
