It was a fairly overcast Friday afternoon. My friends and I were out on the lake trying to tough it out through the weather. It really doesn't matter how bad the weather is, we can always have a good time on the lake.
             At the beginning of the summer, a couple of friends and I went out and bought two tubes. Whenever we went to the lake, we put a person on each tube, and practically put them through hell as we pull them. It was just a couple of weeks ago when we had what was probably the best time ever out on the lake. I was pulling my friend, Griff, behind the boat on the tube. He was the only person riding a tube because everyone else was worn out. We had already pulled everyone more than one time on the tube, and we were just going to ride back in, but Griff insisted on going one more time. I was driving the boat, and to be honest, I was going as fast as I could. I continuously slung him from one side of the wake to the other. He was holding on with all the strength he had. He wanted to wave at us and tell us how much fun he was having, but he didn't have enough time to take one of his hands off the handles. Every time he would sling across the wake, he would sling out so far that he would almost end up parallel to the boat. And when he was being slung back across, he would hit the wake behind the boat going so fast, that he would go air-born and jump the wake. It was incredible! The entire time I was pulling him I was trying to throw him off, but Griff refused to let go.
             When we got close to the dock,, my friends and I had decided that we were going to throw him off. I cut the wheel hard one way, then cut it back the other way as hard as I could. I guess he couldn't take anymore, because when he fell off, I think he did about three or four somersaults across the top of the water.
