, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Under this amendment, no warrant shall be given, because there is on probable cause when someone is using marijuana peacefully in their own home.
             This amendment, also protects people against unreasonable searches outside of the home. Often times, people are stopped randomly on the street and searched for drugs. These acts are unconstitutional, and should not be allowed. A person should be able to walk down the street, or enter a building with drugs on them, and not be harassed by the police
