Martin Luther King Jr.: A Hero to Remember

             All great leaders use creative ideas. They're first inspired by a dream or vision. Then, they use their gift to inspire others. Martin Luther King Jr. was a man of impressive morals who devoted his life to the people. He had the inspiration as a leader to achieve a goal and fulfill a dream. Martin Luther King Jr. can be judged in two aspects: simply looked down on or looked up to. Honoring him because of his persistent, respected, and esteemed qualities is the right type of respect he should receive.
             Martin Luther King Jr. was successful in teaching his followers many qualities. He showed us the importance of courageous, intelligent, and dedicated leadership. Using his persuasive speaking skills, he captured people's attention. Persuading people to study their past, he sought a way to brighten their futures and generations that followed. Willing to stand up for his beliefs and act according to his standards, people looked upon him as a national figure. The actions and roles Martin Luther King Jr. took provided him with many followers. Martin Luther King Jr. helped us overcome our ignorance of one another. He spoke out against laws that were unfair. King also made our nation stronger because of the actions he took. He realized that no one could achieve freedom as long as their leaders lacked knowledge and understanding. A role that Martin Luther King Jr. pursued was to teach the people how to establish themselves for the purpose of achieving their freedom. Achieving freedom requires thinking about the meaning of it and developing strategies to fulfill it in society. There are many qualities that categorize a good leader. No leader can teach others what they don't know. A real leader isn't self-appointed but is chosen by his or Chris Jeffers' people. They're best known for their willingness to serve and to suffer from the people, even to the point of death. All of this is what Martin Luther King Jr. did. This is what made him a hero....
