             These facts raise the question, what is the scope of the teen pregnancy epidemic? Where do teen fathers, such as my friend Sean, fit in? Throughout many Sex-Ed classes, abstinence is promoted. I can clearly remember in my Sex-Ed class (my sophomore year of high school), when I learned that ¡§the only safe sex is no sex.¡ However, we were also taught that if we were going to have sex, we needed to be protected.
