Nickled and Dimed

"Nickel and Dimed" is a very interesting story. Barbara Ehrenreich tells of her experiences during her experiment in exploring what low-wage life is like. She finds herself a job and apartment efficiency using none of the things that makes her she is. In putting herself in the experiment she is better able to understand the lower class lifestyle.

This idea not only shows how hard life is, but how important higher education is.
If Barbara let her real credentials become known she would have gotten a better job. It is funny how that works even though people without higher education could possibly pull off better jobs no one gives them a chance to find out. But her way of doing this creates a more realist...
