I feel this will be a good location for Traditionals because of the requests for more fine traditional clothing stores. This location will enable me to draw traffic from the existing industries in the vicinity. The mall located in this area is the only one for 100 miles or more in all directions and will bring traffic to Traditionals from surrounding cities. Traditionals will be 2,000 square feet with 200 square feet being stockroom and break room area. We expect rent to run about $2,500.00 a month.
