             To me it seems like John is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. He is showing all of the signs of paranoid schizophrenia such as the audio hallucinations, delusions, and is starting to turn to violence if someone where to come towards him. To decide John's fate I think his parents and a psychiatrist should get together and work with John and figure out for sure what is exactly wrong with him, and whether or not he is going to need some sort of hospitalization or drugs to get him through his condition. If it comes to it I would agree to giving John some sort of drugs that I think would help him out, I would agree to issuing John drugs even if I did not have Johns consent because I know that at his state he does not have the ability to decide on his own what is good or bad for himself, but I would have to get the consent of his parents before I gave out any kind of drug to John. To help out John with his condition I would do as much and all that I could for him, so I would not only prescribe John drugs but I would send him into psychotherapy and see what they could do for him there. I feel that it is better to do as much or more that I can instead of not doing enough for him in the long run. After John finishes his treatment, or if he finishes at all, I would recommend sending John to live with his parents for as long as they feel he should be there. John should not be released from his treatment until he is completely cured from his disease. If John's parents are willing to work with John while he is still sick then I would agree to let John stay with his parents only if the parents agree to help out John with his treatments and continuing his treatments in their home. I do not think that tax payers should pay to keep John in a facility, but that might have to happen if John or his parents do not have the money to pay for Johns treatments.
