Afternoon: pizza, coke, Snapple, Doritos, and one glass of water.
Night: fish, green figs, yam, tomatoes, cola greens, strawberry juice, ice cream and a glass of water.
Comment: I don't eat right. I will try to change that in a tomorrow.
Afternoon: coke, orange juice, pizza and some water about a glass.
Night: chicken, rice, macaroni pie, lettuce, tomatoes, cranberry juice, and one glass of water. I was forced to drink this one glass of water.
Comment: I think, I'm getting somewhere. But I think I need to consume some more water in the future. And I also have to try cutting on these pizza and Coke.
Afternoon: orange juice and potato chips.
Night: salt fish, green figs, tomatoes, water, and ice-cream.
Comment: my afternoon diet is a mess.
Morning: a glass of green tea, hotdog sausage, and vitamins (C and B12)
Night: spaghetti with meat balls, water, orange juice, Doritos, ice-cream, cookies and milk.
Comments: my morning diet has been improving, but my afternoons haven't.

Night: Mc Donald's chicken meal, Coke, a good amount of alcohol.
I main problem this week is in my afternoon meals.
It's been a week since I've been keeping track of my diet. After analyzing that so-called diet, I realized that amount of garbage I've been consuming. After seeing my first two days of embarrassment, I had not choice, but to try changing. It is vivid when I compare day 1 and day 2, with day 3. I realized that I don't eat anything at all in the morning. To be frank, I thought I used to have a healthy meal in the morning before I went off to school.
