The reason for this project is that, standardized test scores of our students are going downward. We will try by doing this research, to see what we need to do to help our students bring test scores up. In order for us to solve this problem, we have to ask us following question:
             Do we employ quality staff (Teachers)?
             Do we offer knowledgeable tutoring help for our students?
             Can we cut classrooms size so that students are not easily distracted?
             In order to salve our failing test scores, we need to look at our sub problems and see what we can to solve them.
             We need to go back in time, when the test scores were at desire level and see what are we doing differently now. Maybe we should consult with other school that had those problems in the past and see if we can resolve our problem in a same way. If our school size dose not allows us to cut classroom size, maybe we should offer some classes online, until we can expand the school.
             I belief that we need to solve this problem as soon as possible, or pretty soon we might find ourselves without students. If we start to lose students because of the test scores we also going to cut jobs as well and maybe close the school altogether. So in conclusion we better solve this problem if we do not want to face many others as product of this one.
