Because of that, the consumers want expensive clothes and designer labels, and it's often the look and the brand that counts rather than the quality and usefulness.
Young people today, are very aware of the modern fashion. It is very important for young people to wear the right cloth, and it is very important that it is the right brand. It is important to show, that you wear the right brands and you can afford it, so that you don't become an outsider. Young people often judge people on what they wear. This situation is very bad because a lot of people become outsiders. Maybe because they cant afford the cloth or because they are not interested in fashion. Then they can't get in a group because of the cloth they wear. This progress isn't good and causes great damage on a lot of young people.
A lot of people insist in using school uniforms. That solution would probably solve the problem, but I don't think that the Danish mentality would fit in. In England it's possible, because they have a very "correct" mentality and their lifestyle is based on traditions.
