             Both work and war provides training. In a work environment training is very casual. You are allowed to discuss and argue, work training provides you with wisdom skills and it prepares an individual to think critically and solving problems independently. Such kind training makes you a better civilian, gives you an ability to socialize in every day life. On the other hand, training in War environment can be very similar. War training also provides skills, skills to protect your self from enemy, skills to survive in worst conditions, and to follow commands. Such kind training makes an individual very strong not only physically but morally as well. It also makes you better civilian, makes you feel honorable to serve your country. In both environments they train to get the work done.
             In daily work environments you also have freedom of choices. Things that you want to do and you don't want to do. You are privilege to give time line on the work. Also you have a freedom to dress. In a war environments you don't have such freedom you don't get a choice you have to follow commands and do what you are being told to do. Moreover, leadership in work environment allow tolerance such as, if your assistant get late on their task you allow them some more time. Where; in the war environment leadership cost peoples life. For instance if you make mistake on your command you and your man can be killed.
             Everyone likes to have freedom in his or her life. Freedom is important in work environment because it allows you to make choices. While there is freedom in both work and war environment it is eliminate to certain boundaries. Both environments requires to follow rules and regulation.
