Finally, the government must carefully consider the type of economic growth model they would follow, fast growth in short term does not necessary mean it will lead to long term growth. The regime that would improve short term growth usually involves risks of economic crisis when one or two problems occur.
             As globalization increases and major countries and multilateral agencies encourage or impose liberalization and deregulation, the world is divided into controlling and controlled countries. It is hard to maintain sovereignty and prestige of one country because overwhelming power of the United States makes it impossible to go against the United States' will or the country is considered a "bad" enemy.
             Globalization and pressure from developed countries make developing countries dependent on developed countries because of too much dependence on export and dependence on receiving aid in exchange of following the economic policy the United States, IMF, or/and World Bank want them to use. Too much dependence makes countries sensitive to fluctuation in global market. When a country is not self sustainable to a certain extent, it is hard to achieve the development its government plans to. Globalization, at this point, simply means enforcing economic policy of the United States to the other developing countries without understanding or respecting their culture and countries. Interdependence is ok but dependence is not.
