Would you stay out late and have sex, get drunk, or do drugs just to get out of homework or bad family situations? After school parties are just like this. They have little or no supervision, get out of hand and kids will stay out too late.
             When you stay out to late you get behind in school and your job. You get little sleep and then you are too tired to study at school. There is no good reason to go to an after school party even if you go home early and have no homework.
             Doing homework is the key to succeed in school. It will keep your grades up and you will learn more. Therefore you do better on tests and exams. You need these good grades and scores to get out of high school and get into college. Also you need them to get a good job. You won't get hired if you have any kind of record, even a drug or alcohol record.
             When you drink and do drugs your judgment is impaired and you do not make good choices. You could end up getting someone pregnant or killing yourself or others. When you drive under the influence you won't always make the
             right decision and your stopping time is drastically longer. If you are going to drink do so at a legal age and be responsible. When you are irresponsible you get out of hand.
             When you get out of hand you are usually not following the rules and therefore you are risking the chance to get in trouble. If you want to be trusted you need to prove that you are responsible and you cant do that by going to a party that is out of hand or even where there is drinking. You need to follow all rules even when other people aren't. There should always be supervision there.
             When unsupervised, there is usually drugs or alcohol. There should always be some kind of supervision even if it is a parent in another room. Parties should be fun but when there is some kind of trouble the person usually hosting it or their parents are the ones stuck with the respon
