Allen wasn't just an ordinary dog. His owner thought that he understood what he was telling him. He was one of the nicest puppieaas and everyone who knew Allen just loved him.
             Today, Allen's owners were gone for the day because they went to watch the Philadelphia 76ers game. Allen went through the doggy door and noticed that the fence that led to the front lawn was partially open. Allen steadily walked through the portal and into the world he had never gone alone.
             He started to take the route, which his owners usually took him. He walked over to the small tree near by, raised his back foot and started to sprinkle sprinkle on the tree. Once he was finished he was sure to turn around and sniff the area in order to confirm that his smell was definitely on the tree.
             As Allen kept the on moving forward, he noticed that the scenery that he was seeing was not the usual scenery he saw when he walked with his owners. He went into a panic. He was lost and he didn't know his way back. He turned around running furiously, hoping he would find some familiar sights that would lead him back to his home. His keen dog senses were not working properly, he was too panicked out to even try to use the senses to lead him back. He had to get home before his owner was home.
             He noticed that the sky had slightly darkened since his departure. He sniffed around hoping to smell something that would help in anyway to get him back home. He couldn't find a smell to trace back home, he decided to keep on walking forward since there was nothing else to do. Then he saw another dog. He had seen the dog elsewhere close to his home. He decided to follow the dog to see where it led. The dog quickly turned into a driveway and went into its home.
