The Globalization Case

             When Globalization tried to makes it way into the world's economy people started to say that countries with nation-states would meet its demise. The key to avoiding taxes is through the Internet and this trend caught on quick. Nation-state systems are said to work better then other forms of government. This is based on the key fact that is globalization would come to pass; Nation-states will be able to survive and be the least effected. As for the other systems globalization would take a large toll on them, which will lead to other consequences.
             The basic meaning for Government states is that they have control of state and laws. They have their own banks and are able to engage in fiscal spending. But later on the government caused a decrease in currency fluctuation due to overspending. The one thing that I do not understand is that why would the government throwaway money and not expect to get anything in return. Another side effect of fiscal spending was the unemployment rate. When ever fiscal spending occurred unemployment went up.
             If fiscal spending is to be used responsibility should follow. Because this spending is not unprofitable the economy is taking damage for it. So it is important to take caution when playing with fiscal spending. This causes floating exchange rates creating virtual money. "Virtual money has won in every instance, proving that is the arbiter of economic policies." This money is also the main reason why the uses of computers become so popular.
             Due to computers, money was being transferred without any restrictions. If you wanted you could transfer your money to a bank in Sweden and no one could stop you. Money was becoming more and more in valuable around the world.
             One tactic to restore these restrains was to control the transferring of individual member states to independent transfer agencies. Another approach was to give central bank the power to do that also. But no matter wh...
