Throughout the world, maybe even the universe, people always wish to be someone famous or of high status. Even I would like to see the world through a different pair of eyes, especially someone like Homer Simpson. Homer may not be the best person in the world but at least it would be fun.
             Out of all people, characters, and figments of writers' imaginations, I chose to be the hilarious yet somewhat absent-minded cartoon character from the hit T.V. show, "The Simpsons", Homer Simpson. May you ask why, only because this is a guy who lives on the edge day after day? Maybe? He isn't fit, nor does he have every hair atop his head, but inside this head is a living, breathing comedic genius. Homer has three kids (Bart, Lisa, And Maggie) and an oddly done up wife (Hair that is). He also has a grandfather that lives in a retirement home, and two animals, a dog-named Santa's Little Helper, and a cat by the name of Snowball.
             Homer's job life consists of a nowhere position at the nuclear power plant of Springfield, who-knows-where (I say this because the have never actually given the true location of the city). Homer is the safety inspector for the plant; here he works with two of his best friends, Lenny and Carl. Homer also has a boss by the name of Mr. M. Burns, who for some bizarre reason can't remember Homer's name. Odd.
             Homer's social-life is a non-stop drinking binge filled with laughs and math (the math part is for him to think, "How many beers can I handle tonight?") at the local bar, Moe's. Here he kicks back with an ice cold draft brought to you by "Duff". Another of Homer's buddies spends day and night here, Barney (The town drunk) and Moe (The bartender) . . . this is Homer's leisure time, well, unless it's spent strangling Bart, arguing a nonsense point with Lisa, or even playing peek-a-boo with Maggie.
