             In spite of the numerous studies existing on biomass pyrolysis mechanisms, (Shafizadeh, 1982; Jegers & Klein, 1985) there is no general accepted model that can predict accurate information about final conversion of rice hull over a wide range of pyrolysis conditions (Koufopanos, et al, 1989).
             The objective of this research is to conduct TGA analysis on two varieties of rice hulls (R-302 and R-19) under an inert environment using a dynamic thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) at three different heating rates.
