A friend sent this poem to me about a year ago. I started to cry after reading it. I thought how sad for God to see us running around so hurried in life and stressing over things that are of this world. We cry out that we are so exhausted. I thought how exhausted God must feel trying to get us to realize that we do not have to carry this load alone. If we would just focus on Him, all other things would fall into place.
I know in our busy lives, it is so easy to let our priorities get out of line, but NOTHING is more important than God. When we put Him above all, everything else just falls into place-just as He promises. I pray this weekend has given you the chance to escape the distractions of life and May God always be your top priority.
