without thinking about what I want. As the oldest daughter in my family, I try to meet everyone's expectation without thinking about my goals and my dreams. As the other influence of my personality, I'm always concern about peoples? opinion and fear that a bad impression is reflected on me. As a result, I always feel bad when I failure and care about how people evaluate me. This personality also influences my behaviors which appear in my self-assessment exercises.
             TheCareer Decision-Making style? modified different styles of decision making. In this exercise, I scored 6 points in rational style, 5 points in dependent style and 4 points in intuitive style. Although my group partners and I consider that the result involves situational bias, I still think the model is somehow reflects my personality. Generally speaking, when facing problem, I will approach it logically. In order to avoid hasty decision, I will collect related data, analyze the facts, and generate the possible or best solution. Besides, when I encounter serious challenge and have to make important, I prefer to consult with my friends and family to make accurate decision. However, my dependent decision-making style often comes out with frustrating consequence. The cause of this behavior may come from my personality which overly concern about opinion and expectation of other people.
             TheThomas-Kilmann Conflict mode instrument? is the most interesting self-assessment in which I did in this course. The model simply classified the ways that people deal with conflict into 5 modes, which are competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating.
