Malcolm X immediately demanded that the police take him to the hospital to seek proper treatment or Malcolm would not have the crowd disperse. After more negotiations, Malcolm finally got what he wanted. After the beaten man was taken to the hospital, Malcolm X walked outside in front of the crowd, and without saying anything, he simply waved his hand and all the people turned around and began walking home. This event had greatly supported and made my views stronger because if Malcolm had never done anything, we would be seeing a much more corrupt and unequal society. By getting the police to take the beaten man to a hospital, he showed that he and all his people would no longer stand by and watch society take advantage of them. This supports my views becoming stronger because by himself, he got it through to the police that if equal treatment was not happening, then this whole ordeal would happen again.
