Not only does this help individuals learn but
             those individuals are also actively engaged in helping others learn as well
             (Dietz, 1993). There is some interdependence in this type of experience
             and this helps all of the members of the group to utilize their own
             knowledge and the knowledge of others to achieve a common goal (Dietz,
