These are some of the primary areas where conflict may arise in the workplace: some workers may feel that 'my way is the right way', and may adamantly refuse to see another angle to the same problem.
             As a matter of fact, even those people who have less rigid ideas do tend to secretly harbor the belief that they are doing things the right way, and that their way is the only way to do it. They also feel that they know the best and the most efficient ways in which to handle things in the workplace, and that others must listen to them, or else! However, these people must learn the fact that there are more ways than one to handle a problem, and they must be made to understand this simple fact, if the management hoped to resolve conflict arising from this type of boxed-in thinking. Another area of great conflict within the workplace is where scant resources are to be shared equally be everyone involved. The conflicts that arise due to paucity of resources may well end up in unresolved tensions in such areas as supplies, budgets, tools of technology, and even the people.
