ld successful teams. This lack of leadership is causing a great deal of disruption within the organization and the overall goals of the firm have not been met as a result of this disruption. The goal is to find a solution to this problem by combining the two teams to create a single team and training the team leaders in a manner that makes them aware of their responsibilities and what they need to do to ensure that the team is effective.
             The aforementioned problem exists for many reasons; the first of which has to do with how the team leaders were chosen. Although the team leaders have been in other types of leadership positions, they were somewhat inexperienced as team leaders. It is important to note that not all positions of leadership are identical and there are certain skill sets that are necessary as it relates to team leadership.
