             Because community involvement has become a huge part of most business lifestyles, it is important that the business participates in the community affairs. With so much going on in the world today with layoffs, I feel if the business were more active in the community, this would not happen. Businesses should contribute more to charity programs such as United Way, employ more minorities and women, donate more to the schools in the community, and give to the local hospitals. In turn, the community should accept that the business is going to be more involved in community affairs and cooperate with the business' way of solving the community problems.
