             records. RCA acquired the Victor Company in 1929.
             In 1902 Arthur Atwater Kent started manufacturing small electrical devices at his
             Philadelphia company and branched out into automotive components and eventually
             radios. The First Atwater Kent radios were constructed on wooden planks.
