UNACCEPTABLE USAGE includes, but is not limited to the following:
· Using office assets for financial or commercial gain.
· Using office assets for any illegal activity.
· Accessing remotely from any out of office location Internet services for personal use or gain.
· Intentionally degrading or disrupting equipment, software, or system performance.
· Vandalizing the data or information of another employee or of a patient.
· Gaining unauthorized access to medical data or information.
· Invading the privacy of other employees or patients.
· Impersonating or using an account owned by another employee.
· Posting anonymous messages of E-mail for malicious intent.
· Posting another employee's or patient's personal/sensitive communication or E-mail without the original author's consent or without the management's knowledge or without exercising good judgment and ethics.
· Downloading, storing, printing or displaying files or messages that are profane, obscene, or the use of language or graphics, which offends or tends to degrade others.
· Transmitting office data and/or information over the network to non-office employees without following proper release procedures.
· Loading software obtained from outside the office's standard company's procurement channels onto an office system without proper approval and testing.
· Initiating or forwarding electronic chain mail.
