Economists practice fuzzy scientific reasoning in their predictions because everyone's folk psychology is different. There is no standardization to the measurement and application of the human factor to economic models, so the models exist purely in theory. Wilson's assumptions regarding cultural evolution would solve many of these standardization problems by providing a meaningful unit of measurement for the human factor through the recognition and application of epigenetic rules.
