The benefits of regular exercise are improvement in balance, moods are improved, depression is less common, increased muscle strength, a great feeling of control, and a better sense of confidence. Individuals that work out regularly are also at a much lower risk of getting a muscle or joint injury. Overall, exercising is good in more ways than one.
