             "Biased language can cause the reader to focus on how the communicator say something rather that what the communicator say. If the communicator's language is free of bias, it should not upset any one; ideally, no one should even know that the communicator has try to reduce biased of words and phrases."              As Martyna points out, "The words and ideas that Westerners have with other non-Western cultures are the Third World natives who live in small house (a cabin) and practice magic or witch craft. Unfortunately, most of the messages they have received since when they were young about non-Western people, who make things easier on their lives and put down their condition of being. The fact that non-Western also, when they speak Western language such as English and French, uses terms like natives, huts, and magic or witchcraft does not give a clear definition of the vocabulary" (Martyna, 1980: 98).
             To be more understand of the words and ideas, which Westerners have with other non-Western cultures; First, Westerners have to erase the vocabulary that they use for non-Western cultures from their minds. Second, it is important to respect other people's terms of self-identification.
             The following ideas are some understanding that Westerner's view of non-Westerners and it will help Westerner to be more understanding about the idea and have more clearly image of the definition of non-Western culture.
             "The Westerns and non-Westerns are divided from each other by the term of World Order" (Huntingtion, 1995: 19). The term Third World, which widely used in Westerns language and culture, is a misleading and unclear phase. It
